I am a Filipino inheritor of a glorious past, hostages of the uncertain future. As such I must prove equal to a twofold task the task of meeting my responsibility to the past, and the task of performing my obligation to the future.
I am sprung from a hardy race, child of many generations removed of ancient Malayan pioneers. Across the centuries the memory comes rushing back to me; of brown skinned men putting out to sea in ships that were as frail as their hearts were stout. Over the sea I saw them come, borne upon the billowing wave and the whistling wind, carried upon the mighty swell of hope in the free abundance of the new land that was to be their home and their children’s forever.
This is the land they sought and found. Every inch of shore that their eyes first set upon, every hill and mountain that beckoned to them with a green-and-purple invitation; every mile of rolling plain that their view encompassed, every river and lake that promised a plentiful living and the fruit-fullness of commerce, is hallowed spot to me.

At first I’m afraid to face the word. Thought I’m alone and no one pulls me own. Afraid to show what truly I am because I always think that they won’t like me.
But all of my thoughts were wrong when I meet the person who strengthens me. Appreciate what I have, never left me and always cheer me up.
Forget and forgive all the problems we had. That person is no other that my friends.

pupu……aay!!! langaw!!! ito ang siklo ng mga langaw. Madaling mabuhay ang insektong ito.
Napalunok ako sa aking nakita. Na alala ko ang sakit na nadala ng mga insektong ito. Alam mo bang napanapakabilis kumalat ng mikrobyong dala-dala nito? Gustung-gusto ng mga ito sa marurumi at mababahong lugar. Sang katutak na dumi ang kumakapit sa maninipis nitong balbas at balahibo sa bibig at mga paa kaya totoong maraming mikrobyo ang dala nito. ililipat nito ang dumi sa pagkain at tubig na ating iniinom. Ang mga mikrobyong ito ang nagdudulot ng mga sakit tulad ng disintirya, kalira at typhoid fever.
Ano kaya ang maaaring gawin nang ang mga ganitong sakit ay maiwasan?
“Panatilihing malinis ang Kapaligiran Nang sakit ay maiwasan”!!
Tama! Ang malinis na Kapaligiran ay talagang malayo sa sakit. Mahirap yatang magkasakit!
Tiyak na walang dadapong langaw kung walang kalat na mababahong basura. Walang pangingitlogan ang mga nakipipinsalang insekto kung walang nakatambak na mga nabubulok at maruming bagay.
Amo gali……..!!!!!

Kabalo man na magpadamo lahi niya.

kay indi sa binugal, gwapa man ko ya;
Pero bisan ano himuon ko, wa effect sa iya
Akon karisma wala mahimo sa iya.
Isa ka adlaw nakita ko siya
Pakadto siya sa plaza;
Amo gali kay may babaye,
Didto gahulat sa iya.
Hambal ko sa self ko
Indi na ko mag asa
kay masakitan lang ako
Kay may palangga na siya.
Pero na-shock gid ko sa akon nakita
Kay baw ang luko;
Kalip-ot sang palda;
bakla gali yah…………. BAKLA!!!!!!!
